Refund Policy

STORE CREDIT will be issued for ALL returns. Refunds are not available at this moment.

Return Shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable/non-creditable.

If faulty product or the wrong item is sent, Flossie's Closet will cover the cost of the return. Once the return has been received, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 24-48 business hours after email notification, for store credit to be issued.
